There are about 6000 historical masterpieces spanning several centuries in this magnificent and dreamlike city, which has transformed it into Isfahan, half of the world. The ancient structures at Naqsh-e- Jahan Square include Ali Qapu, Abbasi Ja`ame Mosque, Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, and Qaisarieh Sardar. Around the area, there are also two hundred two-story apartments that serve as a marketplace for Isfahan handicrafts and souvenirs. As a result, Isfahan is about equivalent to half of the world.
