Shipping & Returns:
We make every effort to adequately inform our customers that some products may differ and have natural defects through descriptions and photographs. Please bear in mind that most of our products are handmade and often don't appear exactly same when purchasing such stuff. Every product is different, so defects may occur.
There can be a small variation between what you see online and what you receive when you place an order because all of our items are handmade and unique. The item you will receive may differ somewhat from the picture you see online.
At this stage, we only ship Australia Wide from Melbourne, Australia.
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days once order has been confirmed.
Shipping & handling costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the parcel and will be calculated in shopping cart accordingly.
We ship all orders via Australia Post. Transit times will vary depending on the final destination.
All orders are sent with a tracking number which is emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. If for some reason you have not received your order within 7 days of purchase, please kindly get in touch with us via email us so we can follow up your order.
If you need to change any information regarding your order after it has been placed (such as: change of delivery address or adding another item) please contact us, we are able to help only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Shipping returns are at the customers expense unless otherwise agreed.

Please note we do not issue refunds; however you can exchange your order within 7 days of receiving your purchase for another item or a credit note.
Your return must be approved before any exchange is issued.
Before shipping your items back please email us at sales@seconj.com.au including a reason for returning the item in writing and proof of purchase is needed to complete your return.
Please note all shipping and handling charges are at the customers cost. We do not reimburse shipping or custom duties.
We highly advise you to keep track of your parcel in case it fails to reach us as we do not take responsibility for the damage or loss of items being returned.
If for some reason you receive a different item to the one you originally have ordered, please contact us immediately and we can arrange a re-delivery.
If any goods received, are damaged or faulty upon delivery please contact us immediately. Any damaged items will need to be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order including proof of purchase.
Sale items are strictly not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Please kindly note; we deserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
